2. Eligibility

Participation in monetary contests requires additional eligibility verification including age, identity, and jurisdiction checks performed within the application. Real-money skill contests are available only to eligible users and where permitted by applicable law.

3. Skill-Based Competition

Loot League facilitates skill-based video game contests. Contest outcomes depend on player skill, not chance. Loot League is not a casino, sportsbook, lottery, or gambling platform. We do not facilitate games of chance.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred. Loot League reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Contests and Settlement

Contests are created and accepted by participants. Both players report results. Matching reports settle automatically. Conflicting reports enter dispute review. Loot League may resolve disputes based on contest records, timelines, and available evidence.

6. Monetary Contests

Where legally permitted, eligible users may participate in contests involving real money. Entry amounts are committed to contests and held until settlement. Winnings are credited to the user's wallet. Withdrawals are subject to verification and applicable terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not engage in fraudulent behavior, collusion, match-fixing, result falsification, harassment, or any activity that undermines fair competition. Violations may result in account suspension, fund forfeiture, and permanent exclusion.

8. Disclaimers

Loot League is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific outcomes, or winnings. Monetary contests involve financial risk. You are responsible for your competitive decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loot League shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to registered users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the final approved version of this document.
