Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Loot League, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable policies. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate information during registration and verification, and complying with all contest rules and platform policies.

Account Requirements

Accounts must be held by eligible participants who meet age, location, and identity requirements. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these terms.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban:

  • Cheating, hacking, or using unauthorized software
  • Collusion between players to predetermine outcomes
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
  • Providing false information during verification
  • Intimidating or harassing other users
  • Attempting to manipulate rankings or records

Contest Integrity

Both participants must report results accurately and promptly. Falsifying results or failing to report may result in forfeited winnings, account suspension, or permanent ban.

Dispute Resolution

Disputed contests are reviewed by Loot League administrators using contest records, timelines, and available evidence. Decisions are final and may include awarding winnings, refunding both parties, or voiding the contest.

Limitation of Liability

Loot League provides a platform for organizing and recording skill-based contests. We are not a party to any contest and are not liable for the outcome of games played on external platforms.

Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to users. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Responsible Gaming Guidelines

Skill-Based, Not Gambling

Loot League facilitates skill-based gaming contests where outcomes depend primarily on the participants' abilities. We are not a casino, sportsbook, or lottery. However, we encourage all users to approach competitive gaming responsibly.

Age Requirements

All participants must meet the minimum age requirement for their jurisdiction. Age verification may be required before participating in monetary contests.

Spending Controls

Users can set personal limits on deposits, contest entry amounts, and the number of contests entered per day or week. These limits can be adjusted but increases take effect after a cooling-off period.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a break, you can temporarily or permanently self-exclude from monetary contests. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to create or accept monetary contests, though your account remains active for social and free-to-play features.

Recognizing Problematic Behavior

Warning signs may include:

  • Chasing losses or increasing stakes to recover
  • Neglecting responsibilities to compete
  • Borrowing money to fund contest entries
  • Feeling anxious or irritable when not competing

Support Resources

If you or someone you know is struggling with gaming-related issues, help is available. Contact the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 or visit ncpgambling.org. These resources are available 24/7 and are confidential.

Jurisdiction Eligibility

Restricted Jurisdictions

Real-money skill contests may not be available in certain states, territories, or countries. Availability is determined by applicable law and may change without notice. The application automatically checks eligibility before allowing participation.

Age Verification

Minimum age requirements vary by jurisdiction. Most jurisdictions require participants to be at least 18 years old. Some jurisdictions may have higher age requirements. Age verification may be required.

  • Meet the minimum age for their jurisdiction
  • Reside in a permitted jurisdiction
  • Have a verified account in good standing
  • Use a supported game and contest format
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Verification Process

Loot League may require identity verification, age verification, and location verification before allowing participation in monetary contests. This helps ensure compliance and protect all users.

Changes to Availability

Eligibility criteria and jurisdiction availability may change based on legal developments, regulatory updates, or platform policy changes. Users will be notified of material changes affecting their eligibility.
